Grammy nominee and Blues Music Award winner Ruthie Foster will be the concert headliner at the 8th annual Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival on Saturday and Sunday, April 13-14 from 10am-6pm, along The Woodlands Waterway® in Town Green Park.
