Benders Landing Homes Information

Benders Landing homes for sale will range from 300,000 to well over $1 million, and most homes here were built between 2005 and 2008, meaning they will typically feature newer construction technologies and smart, modern floorplans. There are lots still available from $50,000 and up to build on, but given the popularity of Benders Landing real estate they’re expected to go quickly.

The first thing you’ll notice when you enter this master-planned acreage community is the beautiful entrance monument at the gated stone entrance. It features an EZ tag address system that allows residents to enter and exit their neighborhood easily, and there are beautifully landscaped common areas.

Residents are a short drive away from the new CHI St. Luke’s hospital, and both George Bush Intercontinental and Houston Int’l Airports can be reached within an hour.

Woodlands Mall, Willowbrook Mall and Market Street Shopping Center offer plenty in the way of shopping, and there are many spring and fall festivals in the Woodlands area of Texas. In addition, the Benders Landing community social committee plans fun events for residents throughout the year.
