Information on River Park Ranch Homes

The majority of River Park Ranch homes for sale will be traditional or ranch-style, single-family homes. There is a mix of modern and older, more contemporary homes, with most being anywhere from 2000 to 7000 square feet in size on average, and the larger of those typically being one of the smaller number of large estate homes.

Most homes here were built between 2000 and 2015, and lot sizes range from 1- 6 acres, with 3 acres being the average. This bigger-than-average acreage that comes with most homes here definitely fuels interest in River Park Ranch real estate.

Membership in the local homeowner association is mandatory, with membership fees in the vicinity of $550 yearly. Membership in the homeowners association comes with certain covenants homeowners must abide by - like having a brick or stone mailbox, for one example. Horses are allowed, but only 1 horse per acre.

Highways FM 1488 and FM 1774 allow River Park Ranch residents to move easily in and out of nearby cities and communities like Magnolia, Conroe, Woodlands and Houston, and this ease of connection with larger urban areas is also a big part of the appeal of River Park Ranch homes for sale.

There is a beautiful park in the center of River Park Ranch, with the entrance to it being found near the bridge on Park Meadow Pass. It features a 1-mile walking and jogging path and a large pond filled with Koi. Nearby Texas Horse Park is a popular spot, with trail rides and lessons, a petting zoo, and the ability to host kid’s parties, private adult parties, corporate events, weddings, picnics and other gatherings.

Indigo Lake is not far away from River Park Ranch, and it’s great for fishing, boating, waterskiing and swimming in summertime, and you are a short hop away from shopping and other conveniences in nearby Magnolia. The Texas Renaissance festival goes every fall in Magnolia, spanning 7 weekends and starting in October and always an enjoyable time for anyone living nearby or passing through. There’s definitely a whole lot reinforcing the demand for River Park Ranch Real Estate, and we’ve only touched on just a portion of it.
