Irma’s Real Estate career began in 2012 as a Real Estate Executive Assistant for a successful team, when she moved to the beautiful Woodlands, TX area. There, she learned all aspects of sales and lease contract management, from listing agreements to closing tasks and documents, while her ability to speak Spanish helped broaden her services to the team and their large bilingual client-base.
Since earning her own REALTOR® license in 2014, this experience allows her to go into every business transaction with confidence, focusing on the expertise, professionalism, attention and understanding every client needs. She doesn’t shy away from challenges and is willing to do the research to make things happen, and her clients take notice.
Her 5-star rating includes reviews such as: “We were out of state buyers and Irma went above and beyond to make sure all the leg work got done. She is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient!” (J. Adamson), and “Irma was amazing throughout the home buying process. She was informative, knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. She found us the perfect house and helped us close in 30 days.” (R. Bryand).
When Irma is not giving her clients her utmost attention, she is giving back to her community by leading in a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching work/life skills to women at risk so they can impact their own neighborhoods, communities, and marketplace in a positive, productive way. She’s been married to her husband Jay for 27 years, and family dinners with their three adult children, coffee dates, travel and a night at the movies are her favorite things to enjoy with them.
